Processing Time

• Orders are processed within the week of the scheduled delivery date. Orders can only be processed after payment is received.
• Orders placed after the posted cutoff date. Will be delivered with the next scheduled delivery date cycle.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver in Bloemfontein, Brandfort, Theunissen, Virginia, Welkom, Odendalsrus, Riebeeckstad, Kroonstad, Ventersburg, Winburg, Senekal, Paul Roux and Bethlehem. (Free State)
• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.

Delivery Times

• Deliveries take place on scheduled dates, refer to "Schedule" on our homepage. 
  
• Delivery time is subject to amount of deliveries taking place that day. Times range from 6am to 6pm.

Shipping Rates

• We have a flat rate delivery fee of R80, you will be notified of any changes.
  
• Free delivery is available on orders over R1800
• These fees are subject to be less for promotional purposes.

Packaging

• All meat products are packed in sturdy transportable boxes 
• We recommend refrigerating or freezing your order immediately upon delivery.

Failed Deliveries

• If no one is available to receive the order at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact you to arrange another time or location, but not date. Additional fees may apply.

Order Tracking

• We will inform you of your delivery 1 day prior.

Delays

• While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, mechanical delays) may affect delivery. We will keep you updated if delays occur.
