At Butchers Meat, we pride ourselves on providing only the freshest and highest-quality meat products. Because our products are perishable, our return and refund policy is slightly different from other industries. Please read carefully:
1. Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once the product has been delivered.
- If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately at butchersmeatza@yahoo.com so we can assist you.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We may offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged, spoiled, or not at the quality standard we promise.
- The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not been processed and packed.
- Once your order is packed, we cannot accept cancellations.
